[SF][Feature Request][ExpandableText]: Support max-lines property to hide content when text exceeded specific lines

Feature Request Description

Now ExpandableText supports max-characters to hide content when content text length exceeded. Can we also support max-lines mode to hide text for specific lines?

1. If the user is using a device with large screen size, the screen might have enough space to show the whole text but the max-characters might hide some of it.
2. To provide consistent UI experience for users with different device screen size, can we support max-lines property also?
