Microgradient plasticity isn't being mapped correctly

Currently, the evolution of the microgradient plasticity isn't being mapped correctly. In the state variables $$\chi_{\bar{I}I,J}^p$$ is being stored but the evolution equation assumes that $$\chi_{\bar{I}I,\bar{J}}^p$$ (note gradient configuration) is being stored. The evolution equations need to be corrected so that the configurations are consistent.
