i'm on it again and made a fresh new install, but ran into a new issue.

Any way to resolve this?
Tried the KTCv2 in the mean time and got stuck there also

I highly recommend v2. It has lots of fixes and better logiing. In this case it might be having configured the toollock in the wrong order, it was one of the things I fixed in v2.
