Simple command interface for configuration

A command interface so server owners can set the session and the leaderboard ID (or maybe a configuration website using discord login to authenticate which is considerably harder but probably more secure and easier to use)

I know how to make a website interface but I never used typescript
I surely can try to make one!

My way of doing it does need a mongodb, 1 node server with the bot and 1 node server with restapi's and ofcourse a http server for the hosting of the build react project

The biggest problem I think is a domain for the website. the server the bot is hosted on (which is mine) does have a domain, and I can create a subdomain for it, but that domain is meant for my private usage, not for public projects.

I honestly think it's best to have everything in one program, the Database too, also, since the website would have to interact with the rest of the bot, it should use the same database, currently, it is most likely to be an SQLite file (#12) but it's not decided yet.

We should probably first implement a command interface and do a web configuration later. That would have two advantages:

1. It'll be easier for the start.
2. It'll be faster to deploy the first public version, cause a command interface isn't much work
