Observability JSON traces

Use OpenTelemetry to implement manual-instrumentation for the ReAct agent. (build a ReAct agent if issue #2 not already closed)
The traces should be in a JSON file and contain Agent Thought and Action patterns within attributes.

I have some experience with OpenTelemetry while using it with Jaeger . I could look into this once #2 is closed.

Cool. Use manual instrumentation on ConsoleExporter and write logs to a DB. Will notify once #2 is closed.
