[Feature Request] Historical graphs

I'm not sure how easy this would be but an option (or a separate plugin?) that could show historic graphs for the data would be nice, something that looks a bit like this pollen plugin for example https://github.com/bnussbau/trmnl-pollen-forecast-eu

@lnlyssg This is somewhat outside the current scope, but I do see the value in it. I plan to support different main sensors in the gauge, and technically we could add graph support as well. However, for maintainability reasons, it's better kept separate. Forking the plugin(s), extending the data to include a time series, and plugging that into a graph component should be quite doable even without deep technical knowledge.

Before I introduce additional complexity, I do have to refactor a few parts of the project to ensure stability. Quite a few users are now on the plugin(s).
