Lighting isn't smooth, even when set to Fancy

Describe the bug
When holding a light source (e.g. a torch) and moving around, the lighting isn't smooth. As in it's slightly stuttering when moving around, not smooth and liquid like a shader's dynamic lighting.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install latest version of RyoamicLights for Forge 1.20.1

Expected behavior
The lighting will not be smooth (it will stutter) when you move around (while holding a light source)

  I have Curious Lanterns and Radiant Gear installed as well
