Stack restart with multiple Ontop containers?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a fresh, empty stack.
2. Upload data sets that spawn multiple Ontop containers.
3. Remove the stack (but not the volumes).
4. Start the stack again, and observe that only a single Ontop container starts.

[tested with Podman, not with Docker]
