End of Central Dire ctory record could not be found / Disconnected from Steam

When I was trying to download a mod from project zombiod steam workshop I get this error
I use this command (./DepotDownloader -app 108600 -dir mod_1 -pubfile 3546314080)

I encountered a similar problem when downloading steam application.

Network or Steam issue, There's nothing I can do since it's SteamRE job to work on DepotDownloader.
Try again by adding -validate to argument line.
