Add open demo data to deployment

Following #220, add some demo data to be picked up by the app.

I think I need to add raw-data/phase_2_sample_data.csv. Chris has supplied something with this name but it's missing a bunch of things that are in the data-raw/phase_2_schema.csv. It looks like data that hasn't been passed through pxtextmining yet.

Warning: do not open in Excel because there's an age column with 12 - 17 that gets converted to DEC 17.
