Accordion paddingX – create a negative box prop

Description

Create the negativeBox property for the Accordion component, which would apply negative padding on the Y-axis. This solution would allow us to meet Movistar’s specific requirement of removing horizontal padding (left/right set to 0), while providing flexibility to adjust vertical spacing in compact and maintaining design system consistency.
