readme.md file does not contain the details about the sessions we had

Add details about the sessions we had in the past.
What you have to do...
1. Make a directory called docs.
2. Write one .md file for each session and save it in docs 
3. Add a link at the end of the readme.md file that opens up the .md file in the docs folder.
