Reproduction steps

Blocks with a transparent RenderType do not have a light blue tint applied when inside an oxygen bubble in the same way as other blocks.

Looks like it's being rendered on top of the semi-transparent bubble.

Add skeletons' bows to the list of things that don't render properly.

Latest observation: block items have the tint applied, but not other items, which probably explains the skeletons' bows.
