Add support for HTTP3 #83
Description
Someone requested HTTP3 in Indy. See:
IndySockets/Indy#306
Remy also noted: "HTTP/3 is based on QUIC over UDP instead. As such, a whole new component derived from TIdUDPClient". I also noted that OpenSSL would be required for QUIC API support (see: https://docs.openssl.org/3.3/man7/openssl-quic/).
TBH, I have no current plans to support this but if someone makes a component using the TaurusTLS headers, I would definitely work to include it.
