As an editor, I want to delete a content block, because the information is no longer needed

• A content block exist
• I can delete a content block

Acceptance tests

• I can find/reach content block with the desired content (especially inexperienced editors, accessibility, keyboard user)
• I can delete content block)
• I cannot see the content any longer

Preconditions / boundary conditions

• I have editor's permissions
• I have permission to delete a content block
