How to run the self stream feature locally

it seams, that running the selfstream feature locally is not easily possible.
An entry is required to the ingestServer table, but this has to be done manually?
But there is no documentation or example for it available.
Also to use the selfstream feature, an entry to stream names is required, but this also has to be done manually?

This is currently not easily possible due to a third-party dependency (lrz) that we're working to migrate away from. Currently, we ingest our streams to them for delivery.
For streams from lecture halls we have already migrated to our own Infrastructure, for self-estreams I have created #1654.
I will add more context to the issue when I'm back from vacation late this week and am also available to help out if you want to look into this!
