Help Request: Failing e2e tests for notifications despite not modifying them

Intention

I was making a commit which made changes to the email template, but somehow all 5 attempts of teammates/e2e/cases/sql/InstructorNotificationsPageE2ETest.java.testAll failed. I was wondering if there was any easy way for us to re-run tests without having to make another commit?

Update, I resolved it by making a minor change and reverting it to get the action to run again.
