PAML Protocol vs. protocol #67
Description
The PAML Ontology interface returns the same URI for classes and properties with the same name, e.g.:
>>> import tyto
INFO:rdflib:RDFLib Version: 4.2.2
>>> tyto.PAML.Protocol
'http://bioprotocols.org/paml#protocol'
>>> tyto.PAML.protocol
'http://bioprotocols.org/paml#protocol'
This is a side-effect of how Tyto performs case-insensitive matching, but the underlying issue is actually in the RDF of the PAML ontology. PAML classes do not have rdfs:label so they are invisible to tyto's queries. See this issue here: Bioprotocols/labop#135
