Zoom Controls and Top box not rendered correctly

Sometimes, the "Top" box in the bottom right and the zoom controls get pushed off the screen and are behind other content like the info panel. Refreshing can fix this. Might be due to the order of how things are rendered?

Seems to be common using Safari.
