[Bug] Add new 1.5.0 version to cocoapods

Describe the bug
The latest version for cocoapods is 1.3.0, my team needs to update to 1.5.0 and spm its not an option for us at the moment, its possible?

To Reproduce
Try to install 1.5.0 version with cocoapods, result -> not found

Expected behavior
Try to install 1.5.0 version with cocoapods, result -> Intsalled 1.5.0 version
