Hostname / SPN comparison

The application should check the bindings for the website, and if found does not need to prompt for a host name.  In addition, rather than simply printing "SPNn needed for kerberos to work", the application should compare the recommended SPNs against the ones listed in the "Below are the SPNs set for the Custom account" section.
