UI: select image

When I want to add an image the UI only has "Style - Properties - Browse" as options, no "- Select Image - ".

When " - Browse - " is clicked the interface lets me choose an image, but then there is no "ok" button, clicking an image selects it, BUT adding it to a selection by clicking the "check mark" doesn't do anything.
