Provide a way to show or test what the RDS text will look like when broadcasting
Option to use built-in test data
Option to provide custom test data - Collection to textboxes to enter data into
Option to show "live" data - Would not be exactly what the transmitter is doing at the second, but should show all of the messages that will be sent.
