Suggestion: Sharpening makes axe/pickaxe/shovel faster at work (give temp Efficiency or similar) #3454

Minecraft version: 1.21.11
Modloader: Fabric
Mod name: Grindstone Sharpening
Can You add that "Sharpening" on grindstone gives "efficiency" for tools for 50 hits or something similar? So i can sharpen my axe and go chop some trees faster?
It can give temporary unbreaking also. So it would be something like "frequent tool maintenance improves its efficiency and extends its life".
Maybe some config option to disable first or second effect so people can choose if they dont like something?
