Here is a config json fix to allow your server to work. Needs src and lowercase mcp at least in Linux.

All it needs is an update to the readme and the example config, no code changes, the repo works fine.

add /src eg:

    "--directory",
    "path-to-repo/MCP-wolfram-alpha/src",

and change MCP to mcp eg:

  "run",
  "mcp-wolfram-alpha"
