Add a new feature in the sim that allow user to turn a input truthtable import from csv into logic gate and then the user can just import in and reducing time wasted on converting truthtable to logic gate

basiclly i want a feature that allow user to import a truthtable and minimalize + convert directly into logic gate to reduce time manuay connecting the wires.
