[Bug] Changing the capitalization of a chip's name does not update the chip's name in the starred list. #538
Description
If you create a chip and save it, and then save it again to change the capitalization of any of the letters in the name, the change appears in the collections library and on any placed chips but does not appear in the editing or library starred list(s) unless and until the chip is removed and added back to the starred list.
*Changing the capitalization of a name does not trigger a rename, and instead only shows the normal save buttons.
