[FEATURE] rpi5 portrait mode for all content

Description

Fully working portrait mode for vertically placed display - content videos are workable, images and webs are not.

On rpi5/bookworm lite:

1. you are able to rotate text console by video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080@60,rotate=90 in cmdline.txt
2. With ffplay -vf transpose=2 in media_player.py you are able to rotate content videos
3. Any other Anthias content stays landscape being rendered by webview/qt application I guess, all config.txt rotate variables are legacy and not working.

Solution

Changes in Webview app I guess. Me playing with QT variables in docker environment did not help.

@kusicT Thanks for opening the feature request. I’ve already started looking into this and have been experimenting with settings in cmdline.txt, VLC, and ffplay. You made a good point. If none of these approaches work, we'll likely need to make changes to the WebView.
