ods list should hold the EOL time precision

Currently b2c ods list is showing the EOL of ODS sandboxes in date without time format. EOLs are required to hold timestamp precision to let user know when the sandboxes are going away.
This needs to be updated to show the timestamp in b2c ods list response

This issue is restricted to list command only, and get or list with --json is holding/displaying the correct precision.

One reason I did this was to keep the column size small because there's so much information to show. So we need to make sure we conserve space in any solution

One idea would be to show the date but if <24 hours show the remaining time in higher precision

However, <24 hours logic will bring the caveat of varying column sizes when many sandboxes are there with eol. As ods list is not pageable, this becomes worst with increased data.
