The compromise plan for AntiRecall #120

This module's AntiRecall is very powerful, and I'm quite satisfied with it, but it's perhaps a bit too aggressive.

I've found that for messages recalled by either the other party or myself, AntiRecall works on all of them. Even after I completely force-stop Telegram in the background and then reopen the app, the module still functions, which I am indeed very pleased about!

However, as I mentioned before, the module's functionality is too aggressive. When I try to delete chat records again, it surprisingly doesn't work. The local prevention of message recall has been taken to an extreme, and this has also made me feel uneasy because there are some records I need to delete permanently; I don't want them to remain displayed in the chat window long-term.

Therefore, I hope the developer could add an additional feature, specifically, 'deleting a second time will permanently delete the chat record.' Such a compromise approach would help protect privacy. Thank you.
