Possible front-end focus issues in the sidebar.

Description
There is some strange behavior where, sometimes, when clicking on the sidebar drop-down, the algorithm list appears briefly then closes. A .gif file showing this behavior has been attached as an example. Additionally, it seems that there is some weird behavior where, if you successfully open an algorithm after the drop-down has failed to open several times, clicking on one of the input fields for the algorithm registers as a click on the drop-down as opposed to focusing on the input field for the algorithm. May not still be occuring, so attempt to reproduce first.
