apt repository doesn't follow specs

the sapmachine apt repository is broken:

./ is not really a suite. It kind of works in apt, but most tools will generate a broken url.

https://dist.sapmachine.io/debian/amd64//Release does not contain an Architecture field. That is required by the spec.

There are lots of tools to generate a compliant Debian repository, please use one of those.
