Changes to script for other uses #1

Hey I don't know how to message you directly, but with chatGPT's help I made some changes to your script that seem to be working for a couple of other neat ways to cut HF, namely extruding all parts of the model to retain holes and also utilizing a negative model to retain all geometry while cutting the HF. Let me know if you'd like me to share this changes w/ you. Maybe the HF creator would like to know about these to implement into the base software? Nice job btw in coming up with this tool.
