compiling with new install

just had to do a full new install of arduino ide due to pc death
It would not compile this and getting wifi errors

but to cure it
IDE boards manager esp32 by Espressif systems was version 3.3.1
I down graded to version 2.0.17

We've had this issue before with earlier versions and it was solved by an Espressif update.

Which ESP board did you select in the IDE interface?

I selected TTGO LoRa32-OLED board for a Lilygo T-beam 1.2 board as this is not listed 868mhz
Arduino IDE Version 2.3.6 and
esp32 by Espressif downgraded to 2.0.17 in boards manager

I have done some mods to the files as well for Mode 4
4 = (normal for fast SSDV) Implicit mode, Error coding 4:5, Bandwidth 250kHz, SF 6, Low data rate optimize off

don't know if the tweeks are working as I've done these as there is a balloon going up over the weekend in the UK
using mode 4 SSDV on 869.850 had to do a few files for the mode 4 so it also shows up in the webpage settings
I've zipped a working copy of my files all I've done is just removed my wifi settings and named it version "a"
I dont know if i managed to edit all the bits i needed to do and was not sure if low data rate optimise was off or on so left it off
I'm still learning the code stuff but can often understand some of it
