DJANGO-RACEWAY USER STORY: Newsletter Signup

## User Story:

As a **Site User** I can **sign up to a newsletter** so that I can **get informed about new products or business updates**.

## Acceptance Criteria:

- **MailChimp** will be the provider used for the site
- **Sign up** at the bottom of the page **in the footer** takes user to newsletter page
- Only **requires an email address** to sign up
