DJANGO-RACEWAY USER STORY: Management Page

## User Story:

As a **Site Admin** I can **add trackdays from a management page** so that I can **easily update the trackday list from the front end**.

## Acceptance Criteria:

- **Superuser/Admin only access**
- Trackdays can be **added to the database** from a **form** on the page
