• Based on my testing alone, Address (2.041) does not appear to be required by the ATF. Consider removing this field as an option during generation, or at least present it as optional. This would also reduce old/inaccurate data from being submitted to the ATF if an applicant changes their address and uses a previously saved EFT file.
• Another popular EFT creation service only includes the middle initial in the name field and not the entire middle name. Consider noting that an initial is acceptable during step 4.

Address is currently included because there is a popular online suppressor-to-your-door service that requires it for EFT submission. This is the same reason why citizenship is also included despite it not being needed.

The latest version of the app also cuts the middle name down to just the initial 🙂
