Urgent changes needed

This website hasn't seen changes/activity for over 2 years now.

Partially from my neglect but also the underlying technology is so incredibly obsolete (Vue 2, Bootstrap 5 beta).

Requirements for updates and changes:

1. We need to look at using Nuxt 3 with SSR, deploying it to the DigitalOcean app platform.
2. Dropping Bootstrap in favor of TailwindCSS
3. A general overhaul/redesign with planning in Figma.

This is open to suggestions.
