Cannot open RaceElement after DotNET 10 upgrade

Describe the bug
I updated RaceElement and it said to install DotNET 10 (I was on DotNET 9). After I did and verified the installation, I can't figure how to start the program.

Open Race Element

See the Race Element window

Is there any way I could share debug logs with you? I tried cloning the repo and running the source but I don't know how to.
