Convert release notes into blog posts #158
Description
The release notes are basically content with timestamp, so they feel like a great fit to be handled the blog app of Statocles we already use.
Using the blog would also simplify maintaining the content. For example instead of manually updating the page containing the list of releases, it could be automatically generated as a list of blog posts having a specific tag (e.g. release).
