On the Windows platform with the High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP), can AVPro output images in the P3 color gamut?

We output images in linear RGB so any conversion to a specific display format will be part of Unity's rendering pipeline.

1.Is there no direct correlation between enabling "Use 10-Bit Textures" in AVProVideo and the output of the P3 color gamut?
2.Is the output of the P3 color gamut solely related to the settings of Unity's rendering pipeline?
3.Does the output of the P3 color gamut have any connection with the settings of the Video API? For example, are there differences between Media Foundation and DirectShow?

The video you reference is using Rec2020 for its colour space and not DCI-P3. Rec2020 has a much larger colour gamut than DCI-P3 so will look much better when output than say something encoded with the BT.709 colour space.

1. 10bit texture support has nothing to do with DCI-P3, it just allows for 10bit video (Rec2020) to not lose precision when decoded.
2. Yes, DCI-P3 relates to the final output from Unity and has nothing to do with the video decode.
3. No. The video API in use affects only how we decode the video content. Our recommendation is to use MediaFoundation unless you need to use a codec that is not directly supported by it.

Videos encoded using Rec2020 will definitely look better when using 10bit textures and as long as you've configured Unity correctly the final rendered output will also be much improved.
