Add RNA type pages

We should have pages for each RNA type, ie a page of miRNA, lncRNA, etc. We can create each page with some simple text about each one and then links to searches and examples of such sequences. We should reach out to various CM members to create text for the various pages they are experts in. Should make adding it as easy as is reasonable.
