Setting to set "Full Screen" httpgd as default?

Hi there,

I think this question is best addressed at @ManuelHentschel. A while ago you implemented the "Full Screen" option for the plot viewer. I really love this feature and I use it every time. Did you already implement a setting to set this as a default? This would save me clicking on this full-screen button multiple times a day :)
