Replace references to SPARK MAX Client with REV Hardware Client

The SPARK MAX Client is referenced in the "Motor Follower" Java example and its mention should be replaced with REV Hardware Client:

* The CAN ID, which can be configured using the SPARK MAX Client, is passed as the first parameter

Unsure if there are other comments in code that are similar.
