new code is not shown in currently opened document

Steps to reproduce:

• Have some codes ready to use
• Have two documents uploaded
• Start annotating a document
• Switch back to the Codebook tab
• Create a new code
• Switch back to the Annotate tab

Result: new code is not shown in the list. To see it, one can switch the the other document, then back to the original one.

This should get fixed in the upcoming releases. If you try to reproduce this bug with https://requal.fsv.cuni.cz/demo/ user: demo password: requal123, the list of codes in the annotation screen should be updated on the fly. The demo version currently runs on substantially refactored code, which we have not yet packaged into a release due to the extent of the under-the-hood changes. But it seems to be stable enough to warrant a new release.

As a slight workaround for your Requal version, please note that there is a reload button next to the document selector. I believe pressing the button should help update the code list without the need to switch between documents.
