Customize the trimming algorithm

• Being able to set the maximum amount of inhabited time a chunk should have in order to be deleted
• Being able to toggle the deletion of not fully generated chunks
• Other settings?

Pallete option. for example to remove all chunks with tnt. somehow i spawned 100k chunks of tnt, dont want to delete my map :(

I'm not sure if I want to implement this palette feature myself as this is not the original objective of the project of reducing the world size by trimming unused chunks. Either way, feel free to make a pull request if you end up making this feature yourself!
