when i run this project it always says username password, what can i do

It's based on Windows Authentication. You need to have the correct settings inside IIS set up for Windows Authentication to work

Go into IIS and enable Windows Authentication. This should make it run.

I Already done this, it works fine in other project except your project

Have you debugged the issue? Do you have a local account on your windows in which you log in every time?

You should have a look inside Qubiz.QuizEngine.AdminAttribute.cs and check if httpContext.User.Identity is set as that indicates the Windows Authentication works and you're also logged in with that specific user.
