RPC node candidates returned to Litewallet SDK via a special Qmoon API

1. Node infos i.e. IPs for RPC connection should be returned to FE empowered by litewallet SDK.

2. SDK uses its Round Robin scheme to select one randomly and establish RPC connection.

The 1st part should be implemented here in Qmoon project and the latter one is on litewallet.
