Brief "flicker" when item page first loads #269
Description
When visiting an item page, the page's header and footer load slightly faster than the inner page content. Because the footer is so dark compared to the eventual content, this appears as a "flicker"—where the footer appears immediately following the header, for a very brief amount of time. It is noticeably distracting, and may even violate accessibility:
