Fix the activity bar hover colors #1
Description
currently there's no way to customize the hover colors for the activity bar so the icons disappear when the hover happens.
an issue has been created directly in vscode: microsoft/vscode#210694
as soon as this is fixed on their side, we'll add the colors to fix the hover.
